As you all know, I haven’t written anything for ages. I think that’s because I have too much stuff to write about that I don’t know where to start. =p Anyway, I’ll write something short about the shows I’m following this season.

I’ll start with Kimi ni Todoke which i fucking LOVE! Seriously, it’s so damn awesome it’s silly. It’s about a girl called Sawako called Sadako because of the resemblence to the girl in “The Ring”. Everybody is afraid of her due to her appearance and she hates it! She really just wants to act like a normal girl and talk to people. The most popular guy in the class and school Kazehaya starts talking to Sawako because he can’t stand it when people seem to be lonely and left out of class. She is easily moved by his kindess and slowly start to open up to him and people around her. A must watch this season I’d say.

Next up is Fairy Tail. It’s about a country where magic is “normal” and those who use magic to make a living are called “mages” (Oh rly?) Anyway, the mages are split up into different guilds where they take “requests” in order to make some money and get some fewdz. The show is about Natsu (a mage with motion sickness xD), his cat partner Happy (which really likes to say “aye” and is voiced by Kugimiya Rei, which actually fits in really good) and Lucy (a cute girl voiced by Hirano Aya). Lucy has always been wanting to join the guild “Fairy Tail” and guess what guild Natsu and Happy belongs to? Yeah, you guessed it! Fairy Tail. So they get her to join the guild and then all the adventures start. Pretty kick ass so far, the show makes me think of a mix of FMA and One Piece. It’s really cool! I just hope there won’t be too many fillers. Lots of awesome music and fightscenes. Check it out if you like Naruto or Bleach or FMA. =p

Nyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa~ Yup, Nyan Koi! is up next. This’ll be really short. This guy… Ehh… It’s late and I don’t remember his name, mkay? Anyway, this guy breaks a cat statue’s head and is cursed to fulfill 100 wishes of the cats around him. This show is really getting better and better. Even though it’s a harem show, I feel it’s still pretty different from other shows. AIC has succeeded in the animationstyle too, it fits the show superbly. Episode 5 was awesome and I really like this show.

Red Night is calling you, will you answer? ( I know that has nothing to do with the show, but it sounded awesome in my head :) ) 11eyes. What can I say? I weren’t even thinking (or have heard of this show) when I picked up the first episode, saw it and were left with a sense of amazement. This was truly one of those shows where you start watching it without any expectations and ended up being blown away. As for the story, I’ll let the synopsis on MAL do the job for me, cause I’m lazy:

“Satsuki Kakeru lost his sister by suicide and has been living a dull life ever since then. One day, he is transported into a bizarre world “Red Night” along with his friend Minase Yuka. In order to survive and escape from Red Night, he fights against Dark Spirits (Ralva) and Black Nights.” If that does make you interested or if you like Chaos;Head you will most probably end up liking (or even loving) this show too.

The Sacred Blacksmith is up next. It’s about Cecily (this weak female knight that wants to be stronger), Luke (a blacksmith), Lisa (assistant to Luke, does a lot of stuff, including food, laundry and blacksmith-stuff too) and Aria (which is a demon sword in the form of a human). Sooo… The show starts with Cecily fighting with some guy, only to end up being saved by Luke etc. Cecily gets to know Luke and Lisa and they start hanging out. Cecily’s sword breaks and she wants Luke to forge a katana for her. Cecily gets stronger and stronger etc. Cecily + Aria as a sword in fightingscenes together = awesome! Getting better and better and looking forward to seeing Luke’s and Cecily’s full potential. One last thing about this show is that Lisa is so goddamn cute that I want to take her home! (those who gets that reference wins the internet, TWICE!)

Kuchu Buranko (or Trapeze). The show is about a psychiatrist that helps people with different kinds of mental diseases. It’s really different, but seriously good too. I really like how he helps them discover the root of their problems etc. People should really give this show a try, and don’t let the animationstyle turn you off! The characters and story are really worth it. And I even like the style. It really fits the atmosphere of the whole show. Episode 2 is my favorite so far! I can imagine how awkward it would be to have such a problem haha.

I’m watching some more shows, but atleast this is a little update. =)

Here’s a picture of Luke and Lisa from The Sacred Blacksmith (for no logical reason! :D )
